• that this contact form may not be used as a means of electronic or e-filing in any court case, and that appropriate legal pleadings must be filed according to established court rules
   
• that any communication via this format is intended for the following purposes:
  1. To ask general questions which deal with court judicial processes and services, and are not case-specific;
  2. To request accommodations for a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and/or to ask questions about the ADA accommodations process;
